Joining

NRC supports a full range of programmes, from recreational rowing through to high performance, including hosting a GB Start programme. Please click on the relevant link below for information on the group you would be interested in joining.

Note: adult beginners should complete a Learn To Row course as a first step.

2014 - 2015 subscription rates

Full member: £420 p.a.

Concessionary member: £300 p.a.

Sculling rack: £120 p.a.

Notes:

1. Rowers who are part of the Start or HP GB development programme do not pay for their sculling racks or water passes at Holme Pierrepont.

2. Rowers who elect to train with the High Performance squad but who are not part of the GB development programme pay the same as a Senior squad member and for the cost of boat racking/water passes if applicable.

3. University Membership affords full club and boat access during the three main holiday periods only. Additional usage requires Ordinary/Concessionary membership – see note 4.

4. A concessionary rate of £25 pcm is extended to members who are Juniors, full-time students (proof required) or recreational rowers (off peak). Notes 1 and 2 will also apply for full-time students.

5. Social rate is a non rowing membership with access to the gym during off peak periods. This rate may be extended to unemployed rowers but note 1. will still apply in this case and applicants must have paid at least six months full membership to be eligible.
